Simona joined Ingensity IP in April 2020. She assists with the preparation of IP landscapes and supports IP portfolio management and client counseling.
Simona received her B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego. Her research interests include the control of gene expression in plants and DNA repair. Following her university degree, Simona worked in the San Francisco Bay Area biotech industry for 8 years before transitioning to patent law.
Simona received her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law. She is registered to practice before the USPTO and the California Bar.
